公共服务设施是城市“15 min生活圈”高效运行的重要基础。本研究以兰州市城关区、安宁区、七里河区、西固区为研究范围,基于8大类公共服务设施兴趣点(POI)数据,运用核密度分析方法解析住宅与设施的空间聚集特征,通过测算住宅1 km范围内设施覆盖率量化可达性水平,并构建评价体系评估各区设施便利度,最终实现住宅小区与公共服务设施空间匹配关系的定量研判。研究表明:兰州市四大辖区公共服务设施覆盖水平与便利度存在显著区域分异,安宁区、西固区等扩展区域设施配置短板突出。研究结论可为兰州市公共服务资源优化配置提供科学依据,同时为西北河谷型城市提升宜居性路径探索提供参考。
Abstract:Public service facilities are an important foundation for the efficient operation of the urban “15-Minute Living Circle”. Taking Chengguan, Anning, Qilihe, and Xigu Districts of Lanzhou as the study area, this study uses kernel density analysis to examine the spatial agglomeration characteristics of residential areas and public service facilities based on POI(Point of Interest) data from eight facility categories. Accessibility levels are quantified by calculating the facility coverage rate within 1 km of residential areas, and an evaluation system is constructed to assess service convenience in each district. This approach enables a quantitative assessment of the spatial matching relationship between residential communities and public service facilities. The research shows that there are significant regional differences in the coverage level and convenience of public service facilities among the four districts of Lanzhou City, and the shortcomings in facility configuration in extended areas such as Anning District and Xigu District are prominent. The findings provide a scientific basis for optimizing the allocation of public service resources in Lanzhou and offer insights into improving the livability of valleytype cities in Northwest China.
